What is a SEN panel
An Education, Health and Care plan (“EHCP plan”)

special educational needs, the support and interventions they need, and how they should be delivered , which services are involved with the child and the outcomes they would like to achieve.
An (IEP) stands for individual Education Plan. An IEP is very similar to a APDR. TESTIMONIALS FROM COMPANIES THAT HAVE USED MY SERVICES. SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY ABOUT MAD TRAINING
We reached out to MAD with SenSability to provide our staff with basic staff send training and educate our staff ready for us to open our SEN sessions. The in-person training was extremely detailed, interactive and appropriate for our business. It was evident that the training package was personalised to our business model. All staff found the training useful and informative, and the staff felt that they had gained a significant amount of new understanding and knowledge for SEND which was evident when we had a team discussion after of what we had taken away from the training. As a company we have been able to implement lots of strategies and recommendations within our facilities that Gaynor and her team trained us on with great success within our SEND sessions. We have since had lots of feedback from SEND parents about the knowledge and approach our staff have shown during our SEND sessions and I truly believe this is down to MAD with SenSability. Overall, our experience with MAD has been phenomenal, Gaynor and her team are extremely passionate about SEN, and this shone through.
Thankyou MAD, we don’t feel we would be where we are now on our SEND sessions without your training programme and consultation, which has been invaluable to our business, and I would highly recommend your services to other companies that want to be SEND inclusive just like us!
Sarah, Leighton, Darren, Paul & The Open Air Bounce Team!
WOW, we were absolutely blown away by the training delivered by Gaynor.
The level of engagement and interaction was off the chart, making it a truly immersive learning experience.
Gaynor’s expertise and devotion for inclusivity shone through at every moment, leaving a lasting impact and a passion to ensure we create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
